we will fill and ship your order as soon as possible. sometimes this is the same day, but please allow us up to 3 days to ship. if you need your order immediately, please call us or come into the store instead of ordering online. when you order online, your credit card is charged immediately. if we need to reimburse you for a portion of the sale (see below), we will do so. if adjustments are necessary that require an additional charge, we will contact you to obtain credit card information for the additional charge, as we never see your credit card information for online orders. |

if one or more items in your order is temporarily out of stock, we will attempt to contact you. because stuff does not receive or store your credit card information for online orders, we cannot backorder the item(s) and charge your card later. if we are able to contact you and you choose to leave an out-of-stock item on your order, the charge will remain on your card, and the item will be shipped as soon as it is available. otherwise, the out-of-stock item(s) will be removed from your order and your credit card charge will be adjusted; all remaining items on your order will be shipped. you may cancel an order as long as you contact us before the order is shipped. if the order has already shipped, the exchange policy outlined below will apply. |

stuff can not offer a refund on any sale. your original shipment will include information on how to contact us in the event that you need to make an exchange. please follow the instructions carefully. the original sales or gift receipt is required on all exchanges. all sale and/or markdown items are final sales. all exchange requests must be reported within 14 days of the ship date, and any exchange items must be received by stuff within 30 days of the ship date. these policies are in place to protect everyone. we believe that they are fair. by enforcing them, we are able to offer you great product at great prices. we always try to make every customer happy, but we must have guidelines so that everyone is treated fairly. exchanging incorrect shipments stuff allows the exchange of merchandise shipped incorrectly by stuff at no cost to you. please check your receipt and verify the ordered item and description. in the event that you have received an item that is not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of the shipping date before returning the incorrect item(s) so that we may determine the best way to have the item returned to us and provide you with an exchange order ID. we are not responsible for items returned without first contacting us and obtaining an exchange authorization. all returns must be received by stuff within 30 days of the original ship date and must include a copy of the sales receipt. we will reimburse you for any shipping costs you incur in returning the incorrect item to us, and will ship the correct item, at our expense, as soon as possible after we receive the incorrect item from you. claiming damaged shipments if an item is damaged in shipment, you must contact the shipper to handle the claim through their shipment damage policies. exchanging correct shipments if we have shipped the correct item to you according to your sales receipt and it is an exchangeable item, you may return it to stuff, at your expense, for store credit. all exchanges must be requested within 14 days of the shipping date. the store credit may be used in the store or by telephone to purchase anything we offer for up to a year from the exchange date. we are sorry that we can not accept store credits through our online store. you must contact us within 14 days of the shipping date before returning the item(s) so that we may provide you with an exchange order ID. all returns must be received by stuff within 30 days of the original ship date, and must include a copy of the sales receipt. you are responsible for insuring the item(s) during shipment. we are not responsible for items returned without first contacting us and obtaining an exchange authorization or for items lost or damaged in shipment. the following items are not exchangeable: original works of art, furniture, antiques, and special and/or custom orders. |
