what is window shopping?

window shopping is a shopping concept stuff has created to help you find artistic stuff to buy online. we work with each customer individually through e-mail, phone contact and/or any other communication format you choose. you work directly with a team member, just like you would if you were at our store. window shopping at stuff allows you to see a lot of product that just doesn't fit (or hasn't yet made it) into our online store - just to give you some ideas of even more fun stuff that's in our store.

when you see an image above that you are interested in, click on it to create an e-mail message to send to us about that item. (if the popup e-mail window doesn't appear, you can create your own message and send it to us at  windowshopping@pursuegoodstuff.com.) within 72 hours, we will send you a response via e-mail with the pricing and shipping information for that item. if that item has already been sold, you will receive images of other items that are currently available by that artist and/or other related items that you may enjoy adding to your collection. photos will be taken by our staff, so don’t expect anything fancy. when you’re ready to purchase, we’ll be in touch by phone to securely obtain your credit card information. (please do not e-mail credit card information, to us - or to anyone.)

we would be happy to ship you just about anything we sell. the items we feature at our retail store, in our online store, and through our window shopping experience are of the highest quality and reflect our commitment to creativity, but please understand that stuff carries thousands of items from hundreds of local and regional artists, many of them one-of-a-kind, and we are unable to show you all of these items online. if you don’t see what you want above, send us an e-mail with information about what you’re looking for.

shipping, tax & policies

standard shipping to u.s. destinations

stuff charges shipping and handling fees to get your order packed up and shipped to you as cost-effectively as possible (usually via united states postal service or ups). if you need something shipped jiffy pronto and can't wait to get your hands on it, please call us to order by phone.

here is a schedule of shipping charges for most products (shipped to one of the the 50 u.s. states or the district of columbia):

some bulky, heavy, or particularly fragile products may require special packaging and incur special shipping charges. these special shipping charges will be disclosed to you before we accept payment information for a purchase. the cost of these products will be excluded from the product total used to determine shipping on the remaining items in a single order (using the table above).

shipping outside the u.s.

if you are outside the united states, we will determine the best way to ship your order to you. if additional shipping charges are required, we will let you know, and we and will not ship your order until you approve the charges. as with all purchases not made in person, please be sure you provide a valid e-mail address and a valid telephone number.

tax

stuff must charge missouri sales tax on all orders shipped to missouri addresses. if you need your order shipped to another u.s. state, lucky you: you don't gotta pay.

if your order will be shipped out of the united states, that's a whole nuther thing. in that case, we'll check on it and charge whatever we have to charge to make the various governments happy, but not a penny more. these taxes will be reviewed with you before your order is finalized. if you request shipment to a non-u.s. address, you are agree to pay any additional taxes that we must charge in order to get your product to you.

exchange policy

stuff can not offer a refund on any sale. when we ship an order to you, your original shipment will include information on how to contact us in the event that you need to make an exchange. please follow the instructions carefully.

the original sales or gift receipt is required on all exchanges. all sale and/or markdown items are final sales. all exchange requests must be reported within 14 days of the ship date, and any exchange items must be received by stuff within 30 days of the ship date.

these policies are in place to protect everyone. we believe that they are fair. by enforcing them, we are able to offer you great products at great prices. we always try to make every customer happy, but we must have guidelines so that everyone is treated fairly.
